Here Nicole you can return and replace your shoe for only €9.90 (Italy)! 

In case of wrong size, before proceeding with the return, we will ask for photos with the shoe worn in order to advise you on the right size for you!! 

if you want to change model, photos will not be needed;

Return Conditions:

The shoes must be returned without signs of wear, dirt or damage.

The refund will be made within 3 working days from the arrival of the return at our office, after checking the condition of the shoes.

If the shoe bag (provided free of charge) is not returned, an amount of €3.50 will be deducted from the refund.

Return or Replacement Costs:

Italy: €9.90

European Countries: the cost will be communicated at the time of the request, based on the destination.
