DELIVERIES
All products, unless otherwise stated, are manufactured and then shipped within 12 to 15 business days (three weeks) of order completion (PAYMENT MADE). In the worst case, delivery may be delayed by a maximum of 10 more days and, in any case, not beyond the legal period of 30 days.
SHIPMENT
You can choose shipping through GLS which delivers within 2-6 days (in Europe depending on the destination country) from the moment the shoe leaves production; If you want another type of courier, the customer has the right to request delivery with another carrier of his choice, personally attending and organizing the collection at our Bellaria Igea Marina (RN) office.
The Nicole company will not be able to refund the part of the costs requested by the carrier in case of non-delivery, so we ask you to provide a "attended" delivery address during business hours. For each delivery order, the Customer must specify at least one telephone number (preferably mobile) to allow the express courier to contact him in the event of delivery difficulties. If the delivery is not made for reasons not attributable to Scarpe da Ballo Nicole or the express courier, after 2 consecutive steps, storage or reshipping costs will be charged as quantified by the express courier or it will be possible to collect the product at the point courier classification.
The Customer is solely responsible for the accuracy of the data provided and processed in connection with the shipment. In particular, the Customer is obliged to verify that the place of delivery corresponds to any "Disadvantaged Area" (islands, peninsular islands and other disadvantaged locations) by verifying that the "province" has been entered correctly. In case of error, shipping will be subject to additional shipping costs.
COST OF SHIPPING
Shipping costs are normally calculated upon completion of each individual order based on the number of pieces ordered and the choice of courier type.
DAMAGE DURING SHIPPING
If you receive the package apparently damaged, it will be your obligation to accept receipt by placing the word "subject to reservation" on the courier's receipt, in addition to your signature. Only then can we assert their reasons.
